STAGES:

/ CONTRACT

At a meeting in the office or via video call, we will discuss the work stages, timelines, budget, your space preferences, and visual references.

You will get a clear understanding of:

— a sample design project

— the full workflow

— cost estimation

— designer supervision reports

/ MEASUREMENTS

After signing the contract, we go to the site for photography and measurements.

Measurements capture the smallest details, such as wall deviations and exact angles, reducing human error.

/ DESIGN BRIEF

This is a detailed form completed electronically or during a meeting.

During the brief, we discuss layout, zoning, textures, materials, and the project atmosphere.

/ STAGE 1 - SCHEMATIC CONCEPT

We develop several options based on the space parameters.

We present the options and together choose the optimal plan.

We define the style and the key focal points of the project.

/ STAGE 2 - moodboard

We create 3D collages for the main rooms, where you can see textures and essential furniture.

At the end, you will have a clear image of finishes and furniture across the entire space.

/ STAGE 3 - 3D Images

We generate photorealistic images for your interior so you can have full confidence in the final result.

Visualizations allow concept analysis from different angles and help select suitable decor.

/ STAGE 4 - Technical Drawings

We prepare detailed 3D drawings with real furniture in Revit, with exact dimensions and correct proportions.

We create volumetric elevations for all rooms so the position of outlets, lighting, and decorative elements is clear.

Built-in furniture, panels, and wall sconces will keep the same proportions as in the visualizations.

Thanks to 3D models, technical specifications are complete and precise, with proper sections and proportions.

Author Supervision - control of work execution by all implementation participants to ensure compliance with the project.

TERMS:

The full project implementation period is 12 months; this term can be discussed and adjusted at the time of contract signing.

AUTHOR SUPERVISION INCLUDES:

Site visits to verify that works are executed exactly according to the project and to discuss directly with the Site Manager or Project Manager.

Visits to stores and showrooms with the Client to help choose the right materials, furniture, sanitary ware, lighting, doors, and other required elements.

Project additions and adjustments if new situations arise during works and changes are needed for proper execution.

Informing the site team when special materials or additional technical solutions are required.

Answers to the execution team's questions to clarify any technical detail required for proper project implementation.

Support in resolving issues that arise during implementation, within the Designer's responsibilities.

Project Management

Management and support services for implementing interior design deliverables include the following:

Representing the Client's interests before third parties - suppliers or manufacturers of materials, solutions, or furniture.

Managing the bidding process and preparing offers from suppliers or manufacturers.

Assistance in preparing logistics for supplying finishing materials, furniture, lighting, sanitary items, and doors.

Assistance in managing relationships between the site manager or construction project manager and material suppliers or manufacturers.

Preparing the invoicing process and tracking payments made by the Client to suppliers or manufacturers.

Managing the procurement process for furniture, doors, lighting, finishing materials, and sanitary items.

Selecting decorative elements for the apartment and managing the purchasing process.

Managing the apartment decoration process at the final stage.
